A Season-Based Practice
There is an older way of moving through the year, one that doesn't push against the seasons but turns with them. The Living Wheel is my offering toward that way of living: a set of free seasonal guides, each one a handful of small daily rites to deepen into body, plants, and cosmos as the light shifts.
They arrive the way the seasons do, in their own time. Spring's quickening, summer's tending, autumn's gathering, winter's rest. Each is short, unhurried, and made to be lived rather than read. Step onto the wheel wherever you are, and I'll walk it with you.
Right now, we're in high summer.
