Here's what you can expect:

Assessment & Attunement (90-minute)
A guided meeting to discuss your primary concern, history of primary concern, health history, medical history, natal chart geometry, & personal preferences. We will work together to attune to the root cause of your concern and you will receive intentional, personalized, holistic wellness recommendations right away.

Support Plan (60-minute) After contemplation and research Kimberly will create a full holistic wellness support plan rooted in evidence-based aromatherapy, herbalism, & medical astrology and personalized to your preferences from available modalities. She will craft a blend with therapeutic quality organic essential oils and select an application method that best suits your needs. Each support plan includes a custom aromatherapy & herbal remedy parcel delivered to you with practical applications for use.

30 days of touchpoint support
Your care doesn't end after our meetings. You'll receive weekly check-ins (via email, voice memo, text, or call, depending on your preference) with continued guidance, accountability, and support for integration.

The goal is for you to explore your body & cycles, learn a new modality or method of self care, and enhance your health and quality of life.
