Personalized Aromatherapy Assessment (90-minute call)
Receive a guided intake call to discuss your primary concern, history of primary concern, health history, & personal preferences. You will receive initial wellness suggestions based on our initial conversation. We will then plan for our Aromatherapy Support Call within 48 hours of our assessment call.
Aromatherapy & Wellness Support Plan (30-minute call)
Kimberly will study and meditate on the impressions from the assessment to create an aromatherapy and holistic wellness support plan rooted in evidence-based aromatherapy and personalized to your health and preferences. She will make a blend and select an application method that best suits your needs. Each support plan includes custom essential oil blends delivered to you with practical applications.
Follow-Up Touchpoints (x3)
Your care doesn't end after our calls. You'll receive three weekly check-ins (via email, voice memo, text, or call, depending on your preference) with continued guidance, accountability, and support for integration.
The goal is for you to explore your body & cycles, learn a new modality or method of care, and enhance your health and quality of life.
